Internet Services Help & Information
With our Internet Services (also called Patient Access), you can book your appointments, but also ask for repeat prescription, change your contact details and email your doctor securely
In a near future, you will be able to read your medical records.
If you have never used our internet booking system before, you will need to register, coming to the surgery andask our receptionist for a registration form and don't forget to take with you one ID Document (Bank card, utility bill, passport..)
On the first page after clicking on "Appointments / Prescriptions" please do as follow :
1/ Click on "Register".
2/ Enter the details shown on your registration form (don't forget a capital for the first letter of your name).
3/ After registering, you log on with your patient number and your password (there is no need to re-register).
This is available 7 days per week, bank holidays included.
