Book Appointments On-line
You can now book your appointments on the internet !
If you have never used our internet booking system before, you will need to register, coming to the surgery: ask our receptionist for a registration form and don't forget to take with you one ID Document (Bank card, utility bill, passport..)
On the first page after clicking on " Appointments / Prescriptions " please do as follow :
1/ Click on "Register".
2/ Enter the details shown on your registration form (don't forget a capital for the first letter of your name).
3/ After registering, you log on with your patient number and your password (there is no need to re-register).
