Automated Appointment Reminder Service

13.5 million GP and 6.5 million practice nurse appointmtents are missed each year, wasting valuable funds and increase  waiting times.

Travel Vaccinations and  European Health Insurance Card  

For those going to exotic locations, our practice nurses provide travel information and vaccination service.

We have regularly updated information on which vaccinations are required for each country and keep most vaccines in stock. Some vaccinations are provided free by the NHS but some e.g. Yellow Fever, Rabies , there is a  charge. We also provide prescriptions for malaria prophylaxis.

Our reception staff will be happy to make you an appointment to discuss travel vaccinations with one of the nurses.

Prior booking for your travel appointment, please complete our Travel Assessment Risk form which you can download here :  Travel Form. 

On completion of this form, you will be asked to pay full amount upfront on booking the appointment. (£10 of this cost is non refundable if you fail to attend your booked appointment)

Please bear in mind that some vaccinations need to be given several weeks prior to travelling.
