A Specialist dietitian from St Thomas’ Hospital visits this Practice each month. Appointments are available now to anyone with diabetes

Service offered:

• 30 minute appointment for individualised dietary advice on diabetes
• Your opportunity to ask specific questions
• Advice also on weight management, raised cholesterol and high blood pressure.

The service is for people:

• newly diagnosed with diabetes
• longer standing diabetes, struggling to control glucose levels
• having problems with regular hypos (low blood glucose levels)
• taking insulin
