We are holding a Patient Participation Group meeting here at the practice every month. Next meeting : 12th April 2012 at 2.00pm – 3.30pm. (Breast Awareness)
As part of our continued drive to improve our service, we want to ensure that the views of all patients are fed into the practice regarding the services we deliver and any changes or new services that are being considered. To do this we are compiling a contact list of email addresses so that we can contact you by email every now and again to ask you a question or two.
